Duana Wilson is our Office Operations Manager and Director of Human Resources. Duana manages the office, and takes incoming calls. She has the pleasure of managing the client and caregiver schedules. In addition to that, Duana is in charge of recruiting. She screens resumes and thoroughly interviews candidates. Duana is actively seeking quality caregivers to maintain the highest level of service for our clients. Duana also provides potential clients with information about the services we provide. Duana enjoys serving as a liaison between caregiver, client and the executive staff.
