As an added benefit to the Care Providers, we offer the capability to view schedule online. Before you get started, you will need to call Carol at the office (913-390-6300) to set up a User ID and password. Once that is done, the steps below will show you the login procedure:
- Connect to the Internet.Open Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer can be accessed by clicking on the “e” icon on your desktop or by going to Start > All Programs > Internet Explorer. Please note: eRSP does not work with any other browser – only Internet Explorer.
- Enter the eRSP web address into the Address field in Internet Explorer. https://ahc102.ersp.biz Note: Often times when someone cannot access from home, it is because they do not have the correct website address. Most eRSP website addresses do not have a www. in front of the address. Also, there is an “s” after “http”; this is not common either. Make sure you have entered the correct web address.
- Once there, click on the red Caregiver button.
- Enter the User ID and the Password given to you by the office (see above).
- Click on the Check Status button to view scheduled calendar visits.
Note: If you were unable to log in successfully, make sure that the User ID and the Password you entered are correct. Remember, they are case-sensitive. If you are still having problems logging in, please contact the American Companion Care offices (913-390-6300) and Carol will be glad to verify your information and try and help you access your schedule.
In addition to being able to access your schedule, you will also be able to message Duana and Beverly regarding your schedule. Check on the "Message" tab at the top of the page. Choose "Compose a Message." From there click on "Add an Administrator." Under the drop-down list choose the administrator(s) you wish to communicate with and then click "Add Selected Recipient." Enter the subject and the message. When finished click "Send Message."
