Carebooks:
In each client’s home we provide a “Carebook” if you would like. This communication tool is where the companions can record the latest information of the care provided. It also can contain the care plan you designed and an individualized checklist if you choose to have one so you can be sure the care is being done to your satisfaction. Our goal is to keep our clients safe in their homes. These tools allow you to monitor the care provided.
Close Contact with Family Members:
Our staff stays in frequent contact with each client or the client’s family to ensure satisfaction. Our office hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. We value communication and can be reached 24-hours a day, 365 days a year for any emergency that may occur. Many of our family members prefer to keep in touch by email; this is a convenience we are proud to offer for busy family members.
