Now that you or your elderly loved one has gotten the doctors approval to begin an exercise routine, you might be wondering what to do next. For most activities you do not need any special gear or equipment.
There is one exception, a good pair of shoes is essential for safe exercise, and truthfully for daily living for seniors as well. Here's a quick checklist to make sure that your kicks are up to the task:
